I made a compilation of how my character "Poet" looked like through the years. Since his first sketch and idea to the current "shadowy" coward figure. :)

Absolutely brilliant. The character has changed immensely through the years which is brilliant as it could possibly show his progression in sneakiness and swiftness if you were to create a story of any kind for him. I also quite like how he changed from red, which to made him seem more like a wonderer, to dark blue purple-ish colour which seems quite mysterious; great for sneaking around and doing sneaky stuff.

On the other hand, I think the dagger in his right hand makes him seem more like an silent assassin than a cowardly rogue also I think it would be better if the lantern was lit instead of off so that he would seem more like someone who sneaks around. A sort of blue flame inside (and possibly making the eyes also blue instead) would give this more of mysterious and magic aura (if that's even what you were or want to get from it) or maybe I'm just saying this cause I like blue.

By the way I think that the version of Poet that was made on 24 Jan 2014 looks very good. It reminds me of a dark sorcerer that would be in a RPG game.

Overall, I think the (current) end result is amazing. I rate this 5* as I find this a very interesting and good looking piece of art.

Good luck with your future art!
