I know almost nothing about Street Fighter (the only time I even played it was on an arcade cabinet at a Costco one time) but the two characters here seemed interesting. Because I didn't want to look like a grade-A dingus, I did some mild research on both of them via TVTropes. Apparently, Elena over here managed to befriend Akuma, and even though Q is a very mysterious and intimidating robot (at least I think he's one), she would probably find a way to get along with him as well. Since Elena knows capoeira, which I heard is similar to a dance called the Samba, I decided to draw her teaching her steel-faced friend some moves.
