Pictured: Japser Tempest, a powerful lich who goes by the moniker of The Green Scourge. A cunning, vengeful being, he is the last of an ancient race, the Draconians, ancestors of the Dragonborn. He seeks to eliminate all of humanity after his original civilization was wiped out by ancient humans, even though that was milennia ago and any traces of the old human empire are long gone.

The Green Scourge takes an analytical, almost diagnostic approach to his machinations, going as far as using towns of innocents as testing grounds for artificial plagues and experimental undead armies. He is also a master of the arcane, wielding black magic fully and masterfully, and can even manifest a pair of bony wings for near-supersonic flight.

This is yet another piece for my D&D campaign! As these two-toned villain drawings usually are, this is inspired by the album art for ULTRAKILL! This also uses a custom HeroForge model for reference, and, like the other pieces, one major factor to this piece is the heavy use of the "Difference" layer filter on most of the piece's layers, helping to achieve the two-tone look.
