Roxanne's a 16 year old dragon girl born on East Dragon Raw, but moved to Central because she was trying to escape someone. Roxanne is a mage with the ability to cast many spells to aid her in combat. She seems to be somewhat mellow, and very elegant. When she gets kidnapped, she's always saved by her lover, Drakero.
