"From Pac-Man X!"

This took a while to make (for obvious reasons), so since I've been recently feared of the villains of this series bein' one-note characters, I've been attempting to flesh them out more. Y'know, to make them feel like actual people with actual goals and ambitions. You've seen what I've done so far showcasing Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde's rooms, so here's a lil' something for Ghalia "The Ghost Witch" Willow. Hope you enjoy. ^_^
