Reviews for "Anti-War Liberals"

Sheeple

Protesters are Sheeple! If you want to protest, protest how they killed thousands of people on 9/11, or protest how they killed innocent contractors from NC just trying to make a place better. Dont forget how they desecrated their bodies! You may not make it on MTV but at least you wont be a sheeple (baaaah). God forbid we do that to any of our enemies, of course, I'm sure there will be some liberal to protest it if we did. Good Vid! Support our troops!

No big deal,

but it has a important message!

Thanx for you imput

Good Presentation

That was a well presented movie, viewing your thoughts. It was concise and got the point across, though I don't fully agree that it's the soldier who is responsible for everything. Many have died in other countries for merely taking a stand against their government. They didn't take up arms, but stood in defiance. A government cannot run without people, so change can be brought around through peaceful means. The soldier is merely a more brutal and quicker way to achieve means. But I do agree with what you say about the brave. That was a very good movie.

CRAZY-MEXICAN0 responds:

Well your right I mean people do not have to be soldiers in order to make the ultimate sacrifice. However merely standing in defiance while a tank runs you over (i.e. Tia an Mien square china…I think that’s how it’s spelled) won’t get you very far. Don’t get me wrong those who stand in defiance deserve respect it’s just that like you said, the Soldier is the quicker means. As for another comment you made, a government can function with out the will of the people. I mean who wants to live in Cuba or North Korea or many of the war torn countries in Africa. Your logic is somewhat flawed, but I appreciate you input none the less.

Although I disagree with the message

The flash was tasteful. And had no cursing or anything to make you seem unintelligent but remember that it was the other soilder who went aganst us to destroy our freedom. And remember in the 1960's when the national gaurds killed innocent un armed demonstrators it was the soilders at kent state university. It was the soilder that killed the branch dividians children in waco texas that caused the death of innocent children and the rage and anger of timothy mcveigh. It was the soilder that countless sorties missions over iraq during the peace time that got the terrorist groups angry at us more. It is the soilder that killed the innocents in errant bombs that was unneeded. And it is the soilder that lost the power of saddam and now what have the soilder done. They might set up something worst than saddam a shitte fundlementalist government like iran that would make saddams regime look like a nice guy. I know it was the soilder that gave us the right to free speech but how far does that right extend we are not entirely free. Ask Geraldo Rivera It was the soilder that took him out. Ask Peter Arnett. Ask the anti war protestors that are being ridiculed now that the war is almost over. But I feat that we might have put the shittes in power and that is something i can not stand to see. If you ever see what a shitte government does you would think saddam is an angel. Stonings are commond and qasis (slitting of human troats) are made public...And the women are treated terribly. The women of iraq had rights had jobs even had military jobs one of them is on those cards. And It is the soilder that have died in this unneeded war in which we still have yet to find iraqis weapons of mass destruction. Sorry if i went to long but you wanted my thoughts here it is ill look foward to a response or hate mail or whatever

CRAZY-MEXICAN0 responds:

Just to let you know I respond to almost all my comments. Yea the human is not perfect but the ideal soldier is something to be appreciated. You can point out all the human flaws that lie with in the army and we’ll be here all day. The fact remains that me, you, and everyone in America does owe their freedom to soldiers. Pointing out the relatively minor problems with our Army with respect to its overwhelming successes doesn’t make much of an argument. We have a duty to protect our selves and to a certain extent impose the will of the UN. As for the future government in Iraq your judgments thus far are pure speculation, no one knows the political climate of any future democracy in Iraq. Most likely you will have it like we do here, those that will favor the US and those who will hate the US. As for your complaints of free speech, everything has its limits. I can not run in an airport and shout bomb because it endangers lives and unnecessarily disturbs the peace. As the same is for Peter Arnett and the others. One reporter was quoted as saying that the US plan of attack is failing. With that media going to the Iraqis they will get hope and fight longer instead of surrendering and more Americans and Iraqis will die. First rule of life my friend everything has unanticipated consequences, free speech is no exception.

misguided...

You do'nt even understand the anti-war left, how then can you address them? We're against the war not the soldier.

The soldier is incredible and I thank you for bringing the awareness that your flash movie did. However, the anti-war left isnt' anti soldier... everyone has someone they know that has someone in the war or otherwise and by all means it isn't the soldiers fault for this war.

I can't elaborate anymore without refering you to the sources that debunk the war as a malpractice in modern politics, to a tune of fear used by the bush administration to keep the public support behind the iraqi engagement.

War may perhaps be nessicary in the future to defend our country from the threat percieved by our President, however the threat isnt' in Iraq. And we're loosing to many of our soldiers to this damn thing.
