can be reworked
The music was a good choic but some things come off as kind of odd, for one the first scene that shows the bridge it looks like see buildings on one side the underisde of the bridge and then water as tall as the building, whether you were trying to make that an above veiw of the bridge or what I don't know but it didn't looke right. I really like the water effects. the Ferris Wheel can be done alot more smoothly, what you do is make the ferris wheel a graphic but take the cars off of it, then mark it on the ferris wheel where the cars supposed to be, then make the ferris wheel rotate using a motion tween (they tell how to rotate in the motion tween tutorial) then make the cars separate graphics, you might need to use a lot of keyframes to do this, but make sure you're one layer higher then the ferris wheel then put the car on the spots where you marked then move the animation foward a few frames to see where the spot is move the car to that spot with a motion tween. repeat as neccesary
