I completed the entire game, and I didn't get the medal for launching a Cruiser Ship (I did launch a Cruiser Ship) nor the medal for completing the game.
Nice background music, though.

I always liked clicker games that have a goal to work towards
this was really fun and I liked it, only complaint I really have is early game is a struggle, the missiles target your ship very often and can kill you early game, but besides that its great
(Also medals can bug, but they fix after refresh and will then grant them)

Yeah, there's a problem with keeping the session alive if you play for too long in one go, so the medals won't trigger until you refresh the page in that case. And that's a lot of bones! Who knew they were the perfect spaceship building material! :D
