Tiresome at best. Not entertaining at all. Mechanics are totally off when it comes to troop strength and tower strength.

how a i supposed to win as ice (on easy mind you) if fire reaches max level before i reach level 4

It's all about the strategy! Stuff like spacing out your troops, equipping turrets, using your summons, etc.. If you still can't, I suggest checking out the video I linked in the description for how to get closer to winning :)

the other team gets 2x the cash you do, bs on either side, easy mode is the only way you can have a chance at winning and even then its slim to none

The cpu team is actually at most equal to you on the hardest difficulty; at medium and easy you're at an advantage! Try changing up your strategy (most people don't focus on timing between sending out your units) and you might see improvements. You can do it :)
