It looks cool. Loving the contrasts between dark and light and so forth. The signs are also a nice touch.
Too straight
It's ok, but it's too straight. Maybe add a normal map and a little less 'clean' brick texture?
Just add some more realism in general.

This is fairly well done, I like the semi-realistic feel to it. And as everyone else is saying, it looks done in a style reminiscent of Team Fortress 2. Seriously, if you had shown this to someone who hadn't played the game all the way through, and said that this was from it, they would believe you.
It's pretty good, nice to look at, but I think it may need a background. This is great work, and I'd like to see more like it from you. Kudos, mate!
