Reviews for "High Stakes"

not bad. its obviously partially luck based but it does take a bit of intuition.

It's probably cause I'm biased to cool vampire shit, but I really love your game! It's as easy to pick up in between breaks from work as it is easy to ragequit after getting assfucked by Bafur, Houkin, and Zver consecutively right before reaching Orlok. It gets really irritating, but I don't mind coming back to it the next day.

Anyway, I dig it. I'll beat it someday and I hope the medal will count. This would fit right in as a minigame in a Vampire: The Masquerade game. Good shit :)

so are the medals still kinda busted? unlocked the last guy and did the bonus round and finished the game but no chevo, restarted the page but nothing happend.

At anyrate good game fun idea like the style just wish the rules were in the game rather than in the description but I figure thats just to save time.

edit: NVM it just needed to stew for al ittle bit and think how nice the game looked and the ncatch up with me thanks again

Its a fun game, although it would be nice if the highlight token didn't always pick the 2x2 area with the most cards faced down.

Krystman responds:

It won't if there is no vampire there ;)

Really nice game. Following the other comments: 1) Maybe add a bonus boss once you beat the game once, and make pass more expensive for it (i.e. 4 cards remaining is a net zero or even a minus), so the story doesn't suffer but the mathematicians get their gambling experience. 2) You need to reload twice to see all achievements.

Krystman responds:

Oh! I do like the idea of Pass becoming more expensive with increased Streaks. That's something I can still squeeze in. We did some testing on Discord yesterday to ensure the Medals would be still viable. So a new version goes up today. Thank you for the suggestion!
