Reviews for "Alder's Blood: Prologue"

This tasks might help you get every "secret" medals:

Get spotted by noise, sight and smell.

Get downed and die 1,5,10 times.

Make 50 200 500 steps.

Complete second mission and kill monster on first
Do not forget check achivements after you start your first game.
Because you should get one.

Replay:

If you consider spoiling your game achievements as compliment then I write there another:

This game deserves more secret like real secret.

A bit of advice for you: never write description and name as something that conclusive let it be more part of lore than sign of patience. Make it exiting to find and not annoying like I guess I died but I get achievement or borning Yep I start the game and I get one achievement already.

You can hide them by don't saying exactly aka giving only clues what you need to do to get it. These achievements which anybody can get by description shouldn't a secret at first place. Of course I won't expect any major secret at prologue but in full game or at least in demo they would be appear as super dark secrets of world you build.

Aside that your work quite admirable.

Drawing graphics and likable sound background help me get intro unknown world of horror which haven't made for you to live.

Perma death is perfect for engagement and game gets all from it.

I think it's was hard to build as dark world as such I experiences in this game.

Games alike I can remind Phoenix point, Mutant: Road to Eden and Mistover.

You probably has inspired by something like one above.
Conclusion:

I'd like to remove many like this from wish list and hope you won't fail with polish and fixing bugs on release version. Untill that game core mechanics was enough great experience to remember Alder's Blood for long time.

ps. I always liked hexes more than cubes in strategy/tactics games due to this give players more movement freedom and pretty stylish.

Stroll around 50,200,500 hexas.

Kill monster at first mission and complete second.

Perform 3 backstabs.

And most importantly begin your first campaign.

Wow! Someone did some serious research :O I take it as a complement! :D

Very fun game, however the function to 'go back' when choosing an action is muchly needed.

If expanded a bit more, I could def see this on the swtich and I would certainly buy it!

The save system is a bit weird and the manual save isn't working for me unless I load/save a new file.

Medals dont seem to be working for me o.O

Wish listed it and I'll be on the hype train for this.

Impressive. Good mechanics, although it takes a while and some attempts to figure out. A lot of grinding with throwing stones, but eventually you figure it out. This looks promising. Too short here of course but enough to give you a taste of something that might be good.

Way slower-paced than games I'm used to. Took me a long time to realize that patience is how you win -- and also how you get used to the game mechanics. Otherwise impressive artwork and intriguing plot (intro).
