Reviews for "The Dark Harvest - Episode 1"

The story and the style might be not necessarily my cup of tea, but I feel like giving it a full score on the principle. You see I hate people who say that flash is dead, and I hate youtube for trying to destroy the creativity of people like yourself. The fact that in Anno Domini 2018 NG still gets not only an exclusive premiere content, but a very well made one, is very optimistic for the future. Obviously, there is passion in this work, and hopefully you will have enough willpower to keep going. Kudos, and thank you for sharing it with us!

Fantastic! Animation quality is super high, thematic content is fun, and the comedic elements are a nice touch. Loved it when the grandpa got so confused at around 2 minutes in. I'm especially impressed that you did all the music yourself - the cinematic vibe was great. I guess my one complaint is that sometimes the dialogue is somewhat redundant. For example, when the ghost first fires the beam of light from his hands, he says "I didn't know I could do that," even though it's already clear that he didn't know he could do that from his surprised reaction and body language. Still, I'm looking forward to seeing more of this series. Voice acting is good, and the finish looks professional. Keep up the great work, everyone!

This is absolutely beautiful. The artstyle really does well to balance the animation. If I had complaints, it just be that the story is kinda weird. It felt like there should have been a "ohh so that's what were doing" moment where the main character puts two and two together about the ghost and the scythe, before the the ghost runs away.
But as a pilot it really establishes everything nicely.

Geralt the redneck and his granddaughter. Seriously though, great stuff.

Some top notch level animation right there :D
