The greatest piece of animation I've seen on this site.
It is very much like a pilot episode, presenting the core idea rather than a story or interesting parts of characters but I e joyed it nevertheless.

I really do like the animation. The art style is really nostalgic old Cartoon Network/Nickelodeon (although maybe more 2000's than 90's, but hey, not everyone was born before 2000 LOL). It is really smooth and even animates little things like Halley's gestures with extreme detail. I would say it is a little slow paced, but it seems to be more of a sneak peek. I do like Halley though.
The art style was good, and the animation was pretty smooth. The writing felt pretty bland however, the characters felt really stiff. I know it was a pilot, but there wasn't much time to get anything out of the characters to decide if I actually liked any of them. I do hope you keep going. You have quality animation that I could see on television or a streaming service.
Very promising start to a great series, I look forward to more episodes. :D
