I rate the animation highly, but the main character is a douche and like some try-hard nerd. Couldn't really get into it, but some who like this sort of comedy will be down on this like a lead zepplin.

I feel like I must give decent rating for the long and normal quality animation, but I didn't enjoy the show. Mainly because the main character is an unsympathetic wuss.
Okay the animation and effects are obviously outstanding nothing to say about that.
But I find the characters not that interesting. The protagonist is so incredibly braindead that it's just simply not funny anymore, at least not for me.
And the story is basically, main characters are now bounty hunters and have to kill evil guy. It sounds like a generic video game plot.
I don't like these shows that trying to be super random to be funny in order to not have to put any thought into the story.
Take this as a 5 in animation, sound, universe building and ship and character design. The other third or so of a video beside the aforementioned multimedia and design aspects, would be the story, and there's only so far a pedantic moron can carry comedy. Remember, the Simpsons and other big ones are dead because they made their stories revolve around self centered idiots.
On the other hand, I'm glad to see that you may have fixed it by making someone else the protagonist.
Main character's a total douche and not too fun to watch, pretty immature really, and i don't like how you switched from frame by frame episodes to tweening in this one.
