Reviews for "August 25th 2017"

I feel like a better way to show the message is just to have an owl go throughout his day without aging heavily between each room and dying. The message that the patient's live and die could be interesting if they had more than one blob of dialogue so you could get more attached to them. But again, i feel like the message would be better used as if he was just going through each day with the patients, watching some live and some die, and not apparently interacting with 5 patients in the span of 50 years and then dying. Also putting in the description "every 5 REAL LIFE days" because it seems like a lot of people are confused in the reviews. August 25th 2017 is the date in which all 5 patients will be dead apparently.

It wasn't really entertaining, but I give you 3 stars for nice graphics and beautiful music.

Why exactly is this rated M? There's nothing adult-like or even mildly inappropriate about the "game." Maybe there's swearing if you talk to a living NPC, but other than that, there isn't even any gore. It looks pretty nice visually, but the game is basically just "talk to a living NPC before they die in real-time." However, I like the idea and concept of this game. It could've probably been better as a movie, though.

This has happened 5 times in a row. Everytime I finish giving everyone their pills on the first day and I go to bed, a minute later, my screen fades to white and it's just stuck there, any way to get past this?

Verzinsky responds:

That's the "end" of the game.

I didn't know what really had happened. The bird looks like a worker in a hospital or nursery home. After visiting the first five empty rooms without doing anything, he went to take a rest and then, a white screen appeared. Was the bird the last one to be die? :|

I like the sound effect.
