This ending can only be achieved in Scenario B.
To achieve this ending follow the steps below:
After you receive the bent knife from Taylor, go downstairs.
Make sure not to watch the DVD or talk to Taylor, and proceed upstairs, and use the knife on the bathtub to retrieve the key.
Unlock the door on the second floor, and go downstairs into the camera room, and escape through the window.
Go up to the front door to activate the next cut scene.
Then go to the neighbor's house to achieve that ending.
Only thing wrong - no medals. At least have a medal for each different ending.

I tried to add medals, but I ran into issues trying to get the system to work with the rpg maker mv engine. I just recently found a way to implement this thanks to @zuvizut. I may add medals in a future update. Thanks for the review.
Needs a skip button for the endings.
Interesting story, although some of the art looked badly scaled and took me away from what was really going on in the game. But overall pretty fun game!
This game is so fucking great, the storytelling and the plot got me in a way that i couldn't wait to see the end of it.
Unfortunately i experienced crashes every time i played. The game just froze in random sceens and i had to refresh the page. If i forgot to save, i had to make the same things over and over.
But congratulations, your game is so great that i kept playing even with the crashes.
