awesome game. i actually liked the original more. but this def. caters to the more general gamer who pops on and plays a little here and there. super action packed, very fun.

So game was simply amazing. I like the difficulty spike in terms of using the down button and the last boss was quite difficult and frustrating but I loved it. Though I got a bug 2 times for two scenarios which was for the last stage of the final boss, the first stage appears and the other time the first stage boss appears twice. But whatever, beat the final boss with two additional first stage bosses #LETSMAKEITMOREDIFFICULT -- Also soundtrack is great, bit repetitive though. Where can I find the soundtrack?

The soundtrack is a mix between a couple of Public Domain resources (which are credited in the game credits) and some custom tracks I paid to be composed for me.
Nikkita31 from this site did the custom tracks for me. For a great price too! If you are a gamedev and need audio she definitely is worth the money.
This game is amazing! Thank you Decafpanda for bringing this to my attention, it was TOTALLY worth the wait! 5 Stars! The video will be up on my channel too, so you can see how I faired. ^-^
I liked the upgrades during the heat of battle, and the soundtrack is awesome! The enemies were somewhat tough, though when in larger numbers were surprisingly difficult to beat. All in all, the game is very, VERY, well done! Cheers :D

I found the game both fun and challenging. The characters, enemies and overall look of the game is very cool. The controls were easy and I liked the fact you had many ways of upgrading your health and weapons during the levels. I'd have to say my favorite parts were the graveyard level and the ending boss. Great work.

Very fun and well made game, but a bit too difficult. I played the 3rd level for about half an hour and did not get past it because I was too frustrated. Other than that, great job! ;)

The game saves at the beginning of each new world. You can continue your game from the level select option on the title screen.
Sorry for any difficulty spikes! Stay with it! Remember that collecting ANY power up (heart, coin, or attack buff) will give a point bonus. Collecting these will help finish the level faster!
