Just scrolling around the picture makes me see health bars and Chun-Li lightning kicking some fool in the corner. Looks pretty interesting, and I'm wondering if it's a standalone project or something to hype people up for.

Out of complete generic thoughts, I immediately went to "Fighting game background". But it looks great, the music fits well, and I can definitely see this put to good use. Good work all around.
