It would be more fun if it had an interactive element but I give it a 9.5/10!

As other's have said, the atmosphere you have created successfully pulls you into a snippet of Japan, at least for a few moments.
The song you chose fits well, an excellent choice.
I'd like to see this expanded, where you can walk the gorgeous streets. After a bit, you feel constrained.
The birds could also be a bit tuned down. They are rather abrasive later on.
Out of complete generic thoughts, I immediately went to "Fighting game background". But it looks great, the music fits well, and I can definitely see this put to good use. Good work all around.

Maybe next time add some interactive segments into it.
