I had to jump through SO many hoops to get my choices to register, and I found that the saves only worked when I played the game on Y8.com.
I have to say that it was pretty worth it ^^ My personal favourite is ending 3.

I think your problem has something to do with your internet connection, because the saves should work fine either way. For example, I've received a private message from another user telling me that local save worked while Id.Net didn't.
In the end, I can assure you the game was made to work both ways, so that no Newgrounds user should feel forced to play this game on another domain, and I tested it personally to make it sure.

I don't remember if it's explained or not, but as you can see in the last episode One-Eye had hidden the other "brains" somewhere, waiting to bring them to safety at the right time.
The blonde guy was left behind by mistake.
This is one of my favorite games and of my favorite series too, i love the zombie society idea, but for some reason i can't get two medals: Nozee's Disappointed and Nozee's Impressed. I need some help.
