I found myself wondering why I was sitting through old jokes for what felt like such a long time. My only reasoning for why you're exploiting Kirby is because he's easier to draw/animate because it's clear nobody who worked on this ever had any formal training in art.
The voice acting was sad. The voice actor sucked the life out of Kirby.

Getting Better!
This Perfect Kirby was WAY better than the first ones! I approve of any video game parody that doesn't simply rip sprites from the game - even if kirby wasn't drawn perfectly. And the jokes from the last episode were 199% improved in this one! My favorite part of the whole thing was when Kirby sucked up the people and copied their uniforms; I'm glad he finally got to use his Copy ability he's been known for all this time.
If you're looking for helpful comments, I'd say do something with the sounds. The SFX were loud in relation to the voices (which needed to be less echoed).
Oh, and make your next flash "Perfect Richie" - I think that would be way funnier than Kirby.
But then we'd have to make a "Perfect John" flash and a "Perfect Joseph" and it would just get too confusing.

I'm sick of all these crappy movies hitting the top 5. the sound was so bad it nearly drove me mad. you would think with just a circle to draw you'd make it look good. and you could at least admit to stealing jokes from television.
