Reviews for "Black & White to Red"

the point

Very well executed, the simplistic approach to a problem with not so simple a solution. To Mr.Trenchcoat paranoia, they could of been wearing pink tu-tu's with purple clown hair.....it was the ACT not the attire... man clue in to reality!!!

Interesting

Although i don't belive in a reactionist society i like this. If 1 shooting caused this much imagine how many people could do this, i don't belive in prevention for it becaus you can't. the point of the game is to beat the system and if they frisk every student the game becomes more challenging. I've known people who have planned and gotten the shit for this together and the movie sums up there lives.

To the trench wearing morons...

If you didn't get this, you're fucked beyond all comprehension. This had NOTHING to do with either businessmen or the single fact that one wears a trenchcoat. It has to do with the fact that kids KILL. Period. It was drawn from the most visible of these cases, that being the Columbine Orgy, wherein the perps wore trenchcoats and concealed their weapons within. Big fuckin' deal, this is NOT the point! Try to see a broader spectrum. This viginette has far more to do with the situations and conditions that drove these kids to their acts of violence than it does *any* fashion statement. The total FAILURE of the system to acknowledge these kids and their plight, while they suck the collective asses of athetic and social climbers in what is essentially a macro-society known as the school system. Clear your minds, drop your preconceptions and groove on the *message8 that's REALLY there, not what you superimpose on it. The flick itself was well done for B&W, had a distinct powerful message and was well executed. the choice of Sweet Dreams by the Eurithmics was a good choice too.

I'm glad this was serious...

This was interesting. I'm glad you weren't one of those media idiots that insist that school shootings were caused by the CD the kid was listning to at the time...

for the guy below

to the guy who reviewed this before: obviously the author wasn't specificly targetting people who wear trench coats, and if that's what you saw this as, im sorry for you.
