I really like stuff like this. Well script, animation and voice actors.
The plot was bit too obvious however. It could have been more interesting
if she tried to deny her darker side, but it would come to hunt her later.
And when I mean hunt, I mean more like seducing her, not killing.

It seems to me that the movie tries to make you aware that there is some sort of red entity inside all of us, always trying to get out. The entity is supernatural, has bad intentions and it very powerful, or it's just an hallucination, or just drives you insane by making you experience a hallucination. Actually is not very clear whats going on, but it exposes negative aspects of the human existence in a way that I personally find somewhat enjoyable. The quality of the graphics is not excellent, but it gets the job done.
I hate scary stuff. especially from this weird angle she's a girl. it's all anticipacion and I hate it. good animation, but I hate the story. 0 stars for you. you weirdo.

My one nitpick is that you sort of gloss over the fact that Ruby basically doesn't have a choice but to accept the contract: regardless of the whole revenge thing, if she says no she's most likely going to die of dehydration before anybody finds her, considering the school is closed for two months or so.
