No that is an actual screencap from the japanese Pocket Monsters anime. Jesse and James of Team Rocket intrude on a swimsuit competition, and James has huge inflatable breasts for no reason. (yes he's a guy)

Go Suzukisan!!!lol. suzukisan is one of my faves. i listen to it every time wen im on the computer. graphics, style, and sound deserve more than 10. but it can onleh go up to ten=P. if u made one with english and maybe some subtitles, it would be funny like shit.
