Not bad
Not bad, but not one of your better pieces. It seems almost as if it is waiting for ...something. The piece almost seems like background music for another tune. It does have many complex elements added in, but it doesn't seem to have a certain point that it is getting across. No offense, but it seems rather, well, pointless. It still was very original, and it did have much diversity, but, clarity just wasn't there.
you're right, this isn't one of my better, but it was a great learning song, and so I don't regret putting it up here. Thanks to people like you, I can pinpoint exactly what it was that made it as bad as it did.
Pointless? I didn't take any offense to that, but I do hope you don't mean you didn't get any form of image from it :O! Cuz that would be a complete failure on my part :'(.

You used a bit too much reverb, other than that, a good piece. However if you allow my storytelling, It seems as though it was not really chaotic. Possibly frantic, the mad rush to prepair an army for war, a war that will ravage the land and end the lives of many.

I am always open and ready to read anybodies story that they wish to impart on me. It is with the hopes that somebody will create a world, live for a moment outside their normal frame that I continue to make what I do, and though your image was not really what I was thinking, it does apply on many levels.

Beautiful yet intimidating
About the "blasting of the tubas", i think thats what it is, very unique! i like it, it really jumps out at you! the violin played a nice theme that was the foundation of this song. nice set of drums, very very beautiful yet intimidating. The is the chorus a melody? it kind of sounds like another harmonic phrase. did u stick a hrmonica in there? i think it was faint and could just be my stupid cheap wall mart earphones... lol. great piece, could use a focused melody but it definitely achieves the effects that was intended!
thank you TsizzinC. That wasn't a harmonica, but a really cruddy Bagpipe synth XD. I know what you mean, it wasn't your earphones, trust me. I was in fact considering "Maybe I should throw in a harmonica WITH the bagpipes, and officially just make it even MORE confusing :O!!!"
I didn't, it was confusing enough.
As you mentioned, there is no base melody, as seems to be a general problem in all my earlier works, but it did serve it's purpose, and for now, that is enough ^^.
