Reviews for "CrossCode"

Overall a great game. Good story and characters, puzzles, and everything else about the game. I do have one question and a problem: I cannot find 3 more chests in Exploration. I explored everywhere i thought there could be a chests, but to no avail. Are you sure that there are 34 chests in those maps or are there secrets? Keep up the good work and I look forward towards its release!

P.S. I could do a spoiler alert, but before I say anything, I need to know is it bugged or what?

RadicalFishGames responds:

3 Chests can only be found through certain events. For instance in the bottom most map with the hedehogs you can get a chest by killing some hedehogs. A special boss will appear and after defeating him you'll get a chest!

Now THAT was a demo. I normally don't write reviews, especially not as often as I used to, but I had to give my piece regarding this game. Honestly, this was something great. The combat was enjoyable, fluid, and easy to manage, though I did end up dying a few times. The story, from the offset, seems interesting. I don't like the idea of a mute amnesiac as the main protagonist, but I'm willing to put my faith in and say that you'll find a way to make things interesting. (Just a random note, but I also got a very Sword Art Online/TOME feeling from this story if that makes any sense, and if that's what you were going for, then kudos!) The graphics and music were also very well done, and I like how everything meshed together well, but the perspective did screw with me a bit at points.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this and I'm glad that I checked it out. To anyone who can, please, please, PLEASE donate for this game! I'd love to play this on a Wii U at some point in the future. Great job, Radical Fish Games, and good luck with your IndieGogo campaign!

This is amazing work. Please tell me, did you use unity for this? I want to make a few small games myself.

RadicalFishGames responds:

Nope, no Unity here. Just plain old HTML and JavaScript! :D

Played and suported! This is the kind of games people seems to want! good job!
the controls are smoth, the gameplay fun, and the action it's not just button smashing, gotta think what you do! I love it!
good enough to register myself in indiegogo! now that's how you promote a game!
