Very nice. Graphics are good, and the story interesting. Characters are fun, and the little tidbits are amusing. The music is simple, but doesn't get old, and the sound effects work well.
As others have mentioned, the load times seem a bit long, and the right click option isn't ideal for many of us. Personally, I use a laptop scroll pad, so mouse aiming is a pain at best.
In all, looks like a solid game start.
Great work. Smooth, polished work with impressive graphics and a great retro implementation. The level and character interaction design is solid, and I'm especially impressed with those extra touches like the fundraising tracker and full game controller support with detailed rumble settings.
It's pathetic to see people - who obviously don't have their plugins / html 5-compliant browsers in order - complaining about "bugs" and low-scoring this game in their reviews.
This game just didn't convince. The toutural was one of the longest and most painful i saw in a while. The story is too much anime for me but that just a personal opinion.
Over all the nice generic 8 bit style
and a uncomfortable combat system,
What would be nice if you can make your own Character and give him a fighting class and or the skills you want.
