Kiddo, this is the bloody internet, meaning everyone will act like a dick because everyone is anonymous or hiding behind a fake name. No your animation wasn't bad and i found it funny, don't take internet criticism so seriouly, 80% will be a lot of angry 12 year olds ranting bullshit anyway. Also if you feel down about your shit, look for Mr. Fizzy cartoons, he isn't on Newgrounds but is worth checking, he was always regarded like shit because he started doing animations back in 2006 when he was 11 years old, however, i always loved his animations and saw his art growing with him. So there you go, 4 stars, your animation may not be great, but it's good, keep the fuck up, don't let a bunch of whiny little shits get you down, because that's what the internet is full of nowadays, whiny little shits.
Just ignore the haters. This is the internet, there is always going to be someone ready to throw his problems on others.
