games got stuck on a person in a house(first town) down-right of the woman who informs you that you can gamble(just so you know). but i can already see that this game is well thought out and has alot to offer. i like the flashback cutscene style graph and the battle transition. not so much of a fan of the battle mechanics, although its very nice to see someone try something different. il be playing this game again soon. oh yeah...love the classic town nutter haha

I can find fun in any game I play but what kills it for me is when I die and have to redo so much of the game because the game messed up. Sometimes the game would momentarily freeze for me but would still keep going allowing enemies to get cheap hits on me, while other times the game would refuse to accept my inputs causing me to mess up at parts - this may likely be due to my crappy computer.
BUT what killed it was when my main character (the one that was supa buffed) was slowed by an enemy. I quickly used a remedy then killed the monster but noticed that in every battle after that, the character's stamina bar raised VERY slowly, making battles impossible. I was able to trudge along until the same thing happened to my second character, making winning battles near IMPOSSIBLE.
As a result I died in a boss battle, and as I was previously over-confident as I was winning most of the time - I didn't save, EVER.
So most of the hard work I have done is now gone. GG.
Otherwise this is a very good game with awesome hidden references here and there, able to keep me entertained for a while at least. If you can fix this bug then I may return to finish off this game, I haven't played anymore since the 'incident' as I don't want to do the same things again and again, so I don't know if simply refreshing the page has fixed it.

That sucks... I have never had that happening to me, but I think I can fix it. I will update the game soon.
The game should auto-save though, but I can't help with the slow stamina, you will have to make a new game after the update.
Anyways... thanks for the review and I'm glad you liked the game when it was working properly. :P
Isn't this a remake of an older flash game? I remember a game years ago with the same set-up, story, characters, and gameplay.
It's still a good little game, but it's strangely familiar.

I liked the game, really, really liked, but I had to create another character since my bugged inside a house, by some miracle I took it from there, so 3.5 / 5.
