Reviews for "Sick Of McCoy: No Evil 011"

not nad at all. nice voice acting, but the animation looks rushed but okay.

A little short but still good, keeps the story going and develops the mystery further. Not a chill inducing fest like the last one, but the last one was epic so its not your fault. I like your sense of physics and your aesthetic. The characters all have unique weight and ways of moving which make them really fun to watch.

dat fox...
other than that,usual great flash...

Pretty good, liked the art and story.

To be perfectly honest, I was kinda rooting for the human.

Using the information they had (strange spirits come saying they have all the answers, when a strange spirits had been terrorizing them), they made a proper decision. Why should you trust sapient species (things?) you've never met before, what if they try to kill you? Hell what if their morality is (instead of black and white) blue and orange? What if they don't even have morality? How do we know killing is immoral to them, what if killing is the ultimate freedom to them (or the best gift you could "give"). How do we know that the fundamental moral systems of humanity have any meaning to them? Can they even feel, what if they're just imitating human emotion? Mocking us and our morals, uncaring, unloving monsters hellbent on destroying us. We have no idea, and thus we can't trust them.

Was part of this video supposed to make the viewer think about the US vs THEM paranoia?

Or was I just being silly?

Warlord-of-Noodles responds:

You are supposed to think of both. Glad Not all folks are just "writing off" McCoy.

I'm not a huge fan of this little flick. I understand that it's heavily focused on getting by through it's story, and I can tell that all the characters here have a good background that's been built up over the course of many, many flash movies I could find right here on NG.

I'm not very interested in it though. THe main thing that's throwing me off is the voice acting. I just can't ignore it. It's not necessarily the worst, the quality of the audio is just fine, but I just don't feel that the voices fit the characters or the setting/time at all in most cases, and it really annoys me. Then comes the fact that I don't feel the artstyle is very appealing, but that's of course personal preference. The animation is completely fine, and the background music and sfx is also very well made/picked.

This one's just not my cup of tea.

Warlord-of-Noodles responds:

Thank you for being objective despite disinterest. Very Mature.
