Like ExtraDan said, as kelpies most famously look like wet-maned normal horses ("water horse" is a very general term), but I guess that could be his true form? Can't recall anything about kelpies being into warning folk, but I suspect this one's a liar anyway.
Mythology nitpicking aside, this was cute! Reminded me of Lloyd the Rockin' Unicorn (which is a good thing), especially as Kelpie sounded like Snakeface. The concept, setting, expressions, jokes, and random freak-out blob were good.
Wish there were more!

Insanely fun. But if I were the guy I would have either let him stay in the water glass, shrunken, or made him and his obviously-very-oral blue ghost friend double-team me in a bizarre and disconcerting three_way, depending on what substance(s) I was abusing at the time.
