MMD I believe? Along with several other animes. Isn't to say that it wasn't good or anything. Was good watching. Others have mentioned it, but you'll definitely want to pick up the pace, make cuts by a few seconds here and there, and work on some consistency (both in pace and animation quality).
I don't understand your brand of humor, the style of animation is not what i'm used to but i was hoping that what you were going for. the art style itself is refreshingly new and i absolutely adore the background music. gives this little universe it's own feel yeah know?

The comedy wasnt my cup of tea but it was a admirable job. I thought the music was distracting that it took away comedic scene with those facial expression. Some of the direction felt it didnt mash up together that it felt arkward to me.
Some might gripe about the uses of 3D aide but I thought some anime shows used it quite well like "Arpeggio of Blue Steel" or those 3D scene in "Black Rock Shooter.
I guess since this is going for an anime style feel. The expectation from the audience is much higher. Its really hard to achieve this style. I am trying to achieve this style myself and I am not even close.

Its tough to make deravitive works in a genre that has done it all and done it all very well. I guess the trick is to just keep on until you finally get it
I think you watch too much anime and tried to mimic the anime style rather than go with something that better matched the skills you had at hand.
Perhaps I just didn't get it. The use of music was brilliant, though, complimented what you wanted to convey pretty well, but the voice recording was of low quality, sounds like equipment wasn't very great and you made do with what you had.
I don't know, I think if you didn't try to copy anime and tried to go with your own style it would have felt a lot more fluid to watch.
But excellent composition considering the length, full points for effort and you were clearly aiming for something high quality.
