The worst thing about your game is alienating some of your potential players with a mocking, trivial game title and description. Just the title makes it sound like you spent no time on this, which is untrue.
To make the game sound more friendly with your obese hero, I suggest: 'Stairway From Hell', 'What The Crap, Stairs?' or 'Fallin' for Mindy: The Jerry Dunkle Stairy', 'STAIRMASTER: Tale Of Heroism Through Just Being There'
