Soundtrack is awesome. I don't have enough words to describe this game.
The only bad thing this game has got is that is a bit difficult to play alone.

Awesome sound track It is hard to play alone.... Would be nice if Luke Smith had a newgrounds account for his music. Suggest? I do like the concept my type of platformer and also like how the menu button sounds like it adds onto the music being played. The game also looks really nicely made. Im glad I clicked on this game for the dailys.

Excellent game, but really, reaaaaaaally hard to play alone...
This should be very nice to play with someone.
Is it intended for the player to be able to jump midair? Maybe you could create some levels that use that ability (I didn't play the entire game to be sure you haven't, sorry).
It would be more rewarding with a nice story and maybe some collectibles elements that could drive that story through different paths.

Regarding the mid-air jump, it was discovered by accident but I chose to keep it as I saw the potential as a method of keeping the player going if they messed up. I've started creating levels that are experimenting with this - crazy difficult to complete but possible - stay tuned!

I played it on my own and I've now gone cross-eyed. That was a formidable challenge. I liked the simple aesthetic, too.
