It is fun but there are too many glitches. In some stages I kill everyone but it will not let me progress. And in other stages there are aliens on the screen but they cannot harm me nor can i kill them. Because of this the clock runs and I cannot progress.
Reviews for "Chicken Chaser"
A poor man's Castle Crashers. It's a good little flash game (or HTML5 or whatever) to be sure, but it doesn't hold a candle to the title it's clearly borrowing its style from. Limited combos, no customization or leveling so far as I can see, no jumping or aerial combos, etc.
Still, definitely an excellent contribution to newgrounds and worthy of recognition. This designer is one to watch.

There is a seriously annoying glitch btw that stops you from moving either right/left or up/down after getting hit.
graphic art and music is awesome
but playability is always the same, easy and boring
The game controls seemed very fluent and very very responsive and I hardly see that in a flash game...But then came the in your face, sporadic difficulty...Especially with the tentacle monster, first boss off the game, and I was shouting statements like "Look at this! Look at all of these freaking tentacles that come out of nowhere and even attack you just a second after the cutscene! Who's gonna respond to that in time at first?!" And of course "Whoever came up with this is an asshole!" It's an alright game, the shaking during combat we can do without honestly...But man what a difficult SOB this game is
