Reviews for "One Arrow (Ludum Dare 28)"

A nice little game, the controls were quick and snappy, aiming was easy and I liked the central concept.

At around wave 19 I got caught in an infinite loop of continously drawing my arrow out and was unable lost control of the game completely. But it was a good 10 or so minutes of fun.

This is a really good game, but an amazingly awesome game for 72 hours!
Like the others have said, it would be really great if it had any kind of upgrade, different stages or even "hp" for the girl.
Also, I've found some bugs. The character can disappear if you keep walking to the lower right border of the screen. You freeze in midair sometimes if you shoot when you're falling. Monsters die by arrows in the ground.
Anyway, the concept is incredible. You could create an outstanding game with it! Like a survivor/defense game with really hard levels and money drop for upgrades.
Well! Good work! Looking foward to see a modified and more complete version of this game.

This is a cool game and it has a very nice concept and gameplay. The graphics are pretty colorful, too.

It's a very nice game to be made in less than 72 hours. The concept is great and the graphics are awesome. I am agree with "LucasMZ" who said that it needs some kind of power up, so it has a little variation (I would add a super charge that makes your arrow not to collide with any platform except the final one).
I found two bugs:
-Half of the player can go out of the screen. You can easy validate that making the X - Width/2 not to be less than 0 and X+Width/2 not to be more than the size of the screen.
-The character bugged loading the arrow and kept loading infinitely, disabling my movement until the time runs out and I die.
Great game. I wish you keep working on this. Maybe a linear game in which you can move arround scenes. I don't know.

Great concept I love this!
