This is a well made game (minus getting stuck at the edge of the screen eventually), and especially for a Ludum Dare entry!
The background and it's color scheme are really cool, and the game concept is simple yet fun.
The lack of audio leaves something to be desired though.
With the bug fixed, this would be a solid project.
Despite a few glitches this game has some neat potential.
Of course considering the time constraints I can see why this isnt perfect. Either way I like what you got going on here. Keep it up!
This is quite fun and original, I think. The lack of music seems fairly fitting, and I didn't even notice it until after I had finished.
Unfortunately, I finished fairly early after a monster wandered off screen and vanished -- it was the final monster of the wave, so I was left standing there unable to finish, and had to simply let myself die.
It's only a small bug, but it can break the game, so I can't give this a full five stars. It is a good submission for the Ludum Dare, in my opinion at least!
This is a clever idea and by far very original. I wish I could pull the bow back as soon as I stopped walking or while I was walking, but hey, with awesome artwork, neat game mechanics overall i should not complain. Could you add music to this by chance?
