It's the best parts of RPG games - loot, gold, and leveling up - without all of that pesky playing part! Seriously, though, it's a fun little game, but besides the in-game achievements/medals, there isn't much replay value.

I've got almost all medals, except two: gold X and Go to bed. Can someone explain me - go to bed medal requires spend night with game turned off or on? Very nice and addictive game, by the way.
