Reviews for "Google Plus Tube"

Where was the joke? G+?
Even when taking shots at an easy target, you need some sort of punchline.
Decent animation, though.

marsonNG responds:

well yeah there really was no big joke. it's sort of hard to write jokes when you're pissed off.
when I first made this not that many people knew about all the changes and what google where trying to do (to my knowledge anyway) but now that every body know/hates them. G+ does seem like an easy target and this videos value seems to have faded. I'll still keep it around tho for the sake of documentation.

Um... I was kind of hoping for a punchline. Now the animation just feels entirely pointless, other than being yet another "this sucks" exclamation.

Some points for the effort and overall good style, though.

marsonNG responds:

yeah I sort of agree with you.. there's no real humour besides some subtle little things here and there which only some people will find entertaining. this was really more about expression through animation for me rather than creating something funny.

I'm glad we're all five years old and can't come to terms with the fact that damn near everything is integrated with social media now. Bitch, whine, moan, complain, that's all we know, right guys? A lot of people already had Google+ accounts anyway. Big fucking deal if GOOGLE wants to tie all of their GOOGLE-INCLUSIVE services together?

Less accounts for me to make and manage, and if the benefits are a more organized, superior version of the comments section on Youtube, then so be it.

marsonNG responds:

Superior version?.. really?
if you like google+, good for you. Most people, me included think it's fucking shit and don't want to ever have to use it. Forcing people to use a shitty social media service they don't want is very different from simply integrating it into your website.

We as users/consumers have a right to complain about their service.
