very nicely done game, the plot as scarce as it was it lies down the setting quite nicely, enough to keep it interesting and give the player an objective to strive for.
also liked the fact that the game mechanics make you want to explore more, everything u find is a needed resource, at times it made me wish there was a bigger maze of doors and corridors to explore.
btw food rations are also currency? genius!!! it just feels like something that would happen in such dire circumstances.
it would be interesting to see what u do for the second part, there is always room for improvement, it can always be bigger and better.
just one thing that kind bothered me was the breather mask thing, I liked the idea and when i first saw it, I thought i would have to keep an eye on it, but it just wanst enough of a factor. i would forget it was there but I always would be reminded while at trading post which would make me buy a handful of tanks and that was it, I would not think of the breathing mask till the next store was reached. it is just too redundant, make me debate harder whether i should buy ammo, upgrades or oxygen.
another thing, survivors should give you stuff for saving then :D just saying.

Glad you enjoyed the game :) I like the idea of survivors giving you a reward for saving them and I will seriously consider putting it into the sequel if the game still plays that way. The gas mask thing is a bit tricky. I've had several comments similar to yours about the gas masks, and on the other hand I've received quite a bit of feedback about the gas mask filters not lasting long enough and that they always run out of gas mask filters. It's a bit tricky to balance it for everyone, but I'll see if I can improve on it somehow for the sequel. Thanks again for the review and the nice score!
not a bad concept or layout. but I had problems with the key controls sticking. couldn't really play it because the controls stuck

Oh, sorry this happened to you :( This has nothing to do with the game itself. The controls stick, because flash player lags. This can be due to many factors, for example you may have too many programs and browser windows running at the same time. Your computer might be too slow. There are many factors that can influence this, nothing which has anything to do with the game. Sorry this happened to you though :/

Very good game. Great story, good graphics, no major problems. Play this game!
My only qualm is that the controls should be rebind-able. Some people use different controls thus a different one than the one theyre used to makes an instinctive move in one game a fairly lethal one in another.
Maybe also set weapons to 1-4 keys for quick switching.
Looking forward to the sequel!
