if it says you need to download newgrounds player just go to the author comments there should be a link press it and it fixes it for you and also if there are other games saying this just copy this [ /format/flash?emulate=flash ] to copy it just click the thing and hold it when the text is fully blue press ctrl c and to put it in a game click the end of the link and press ctrl v hope this is helpfull
how to shoot?

You can shoot only the beretta, the glock and the M1911. Since the main objective of the game is customize the character, not all of the guns shoot.
