Animation is ok, bit choppy for me but the voice, story and humor made this a very good piece to watch.

Good idea, a bit long winded. But like i said, fresh and different. Keep at it. Maybe improve the voices, the animation is pretty solid itself.

Learning to cut back has always been a weakness for me and something I'm trying to improve. The original animatic for the film was even more long winded at over 12 minutes with way way too many needless distractions and pauses.
The demon lord sounds like the robot from flight of the navigator

I've never seen that movie, but after looking up the trailer I can kinda sorta hear the resemblance.

While the animation was good and voice acting was decent, I found that the pacing dragged on a bit. Other than that, it was a good animation. Keep up the good work.

Yeah, several people have mentioned the pacing issues. Learning to let unnecessary excess go is one of my biggest weaknesses when it comes to storytelling. Thanks for the solid 3-star : )
