Reviews for "Dragon Boy 2"

The mage is seriously underpowered - mainly in that she has very low defense, and cannot shoot while moving, which means that she has no chance at all against the boss. Also very clunky control system, selling/buying takes too many clicks, there is no way of knowing the difference between items other than mouse-over.

This is no-where near as good as DB1...

glitches and i lost my save file.fix those to get a higher rating.also i did not deleted any cookies or anything,it deleted itself.

I love the first one, it's very enjoyable, and looked forward to this one, but as others have said, -very- buggy. Makes it VERY hard to enjoy, and has caused me to quit more then once within the first few hours of gameplay. But if you get past it, it is a great game, a unique sense of adventure and simple controls make this game very enjoyable and one of a kind, something you'd find nowhere else!

This game contains a hell full of bugs and things that annoy me.
1. the mage is kinda underpowered, whereas the tank is overpowered - i could kill the first 20 levels with him doing nothing more than button bashing.
2. The controls. It happens way to often that I swing my blade/staff and don't hit the enemy standing right next to me. Also, in the heat of battle it's hard to tell in which direction you're looking, and so you just have to hope to hit something.
3. The graphics are kinda weak...
4. The swamp final boss. He continues hitting you when you have your inventory open. That can lead to a bug where you fall to 0 HP, but are still able to consume food. When leaving the inventory, you have HP again and aren't dead, but you lie on the ground and cannot do anything. Result: You have to save & exit to make it work again
5. (and this was the reason why I quit playing) : I bought 2 expensive swords from the merchant, and they just weren't equipable! I could not move them, equip them or sell them, though my level was high enough. So I ended up with having 2 less inventory slots. Gnnnh >_<

This game COULD be fun. But even raising the (kinda ugly and useless) dragon doesn't really motivate for long (you still just bash buttons and hope to hit something), and the bugs I found made playing a horrible experience.

Good idea, but this has the worst hitboxes I've ever seen,
