Reviews for "Cygnus"

The overall experience is enjoyable. I really like when the all the parts of the game, like the graphics, controls and gameplay blend in. However, there are several moments I'd like to point out:

1. The checkpoint system would realy help. Even if you lose the score, it's always a challenge to try the maximum speed you can cope with.

2. Although I liked the well-thought through background, a possible change of brightness/color would be nice too. For example, in some moments, the screen could get a bit darker, and the lights are there to help you navigate (corners and edges).

3. As mentioned below (above?), many experience lags. So did I. Surely, there is something that can be done to improve the perfomance.

4. A mute button. Oh, yeah.

5. The game could you some additional challenges. Why not add some horizontal moving obstacles? Smaller obstacles like saw blades or drones might just add a bit of challenge.

Generally, a thoughtful, well-balanced piece of experience. Keep up the good work.

Why do people put games on this sheit and not put their controls?

Good game, but instructions are also nice.

Very nice game, but a pause button could be usueful

Cool take on the style of game, good graphics and nice arcade feel.

Medal tips:
The first medal is 5 points and you won't get it through scoring. Take a guess.
The other three are for score milestones; I believe it's 5k, 10k, and 15k. Got them all on my second attempt.
You might miss the instruction - your multiplier increases from 1 to 5 the farther to the right you are. Start out at 5 and go lower to maintain safety as the game gets faster. This should get you plenty of points. You only have one life, so be careful. There seems to be a small bit of wiggle room on the tunnel-like obstacle sets, though.

It's a cool game and it looks neat, but there are some lag problems.
