Reviews for "Nemesis"

Really good game! I just don't know how to achieve 20x combo...

decent game. i liked the visuals and gameplay, but its too easy if you use the right skills and such. Not a bad game, but nothing out of the ordinary

"Let's use a skill! *Shoots* Well alright, nice, so that's the primary. Let's use a different one! *Shoots* How is this any different visually... -_-
From that point on I could see the whole game's gonna be this bland, so no thank you

I would have to agree with Kenxeus about the stats, and here are a few examples:

* If you max out your agility stat (25 points i believe) then you have 50% raw avoidability and a permanent 25% chance of multiple turns (without weapon bonus).
* Power if maxed out did a lot of damage even more with flash bang ie; I had energy dual blade used flash bang and bleed right afterwards. I dealt more than 60 damage and 120+ when it was a critical hit.
* Resistance is alrite, however if someone wanted to go for a tank build they would have a hard time since it really doesn't help all so much in the beginning.
* Efficiency is "THE" last stat to even consider maxing out (unless you plan an buffer build), and even then it doesn't help much unless you can buff so many times before your enemy has a chance to retaliate. Also what makes this stat even more useless is there's the precise attack which is a hit no matter what.

Overall stats:
Agility- Broken
Power- Overpowered
Resistance- Ok, just not recommended
Efficiency- last thing you should look at

On to the matter enemies:
* Power crests: Unless you have high agility and/or power this guy might be give you a hard time.
* Agility crests: As long as you have Precise attack on you these guys are no problem.
* Efficiency crests: Sure they don't miss all to much, but with maxed out agility (which is what they're meant to counteract) they're pretty easy.
* Resistance crests: If you maxed out power in the beginning the first few are little to no threat; the others later on in the game are a different story. They will reduce your damage to either single digits or 0's. Which in turn makes the flash bang a "mandatory" skill.
* Blank crests: Later on in the game I find these guys harder than those with crests, as they don't have any obvious weakness like the others.

Overall enemies:
Agility crest- with precise attack easy (without precise attack pretty difficult)
Power crest- with high agility easy (without high agility quite difficult)
Efficiency crest- easy all the same
Resistance crest- with flash bang easy (without flash bang try again)
Blank crest- beginning easy (Later on difficult)

Now here's my opinion about skills:

* Flash Bang-5 energy: This is the best skill in the game and it's kinda mandatory to have, as it reduces your enemy's resistance to 0 for 1 turn. However it is VERY broken at the same time since it makes "Resistance crests" weaker than a lamb since it's they highest stat and their other stats suck. Maybe have flash bang take out a percentage of their resistance instead of all of it, or have it use more energy.
* Critical Strike-10 energy: This skill rises your chance for critical rate by maybe more than 10%. (Not exactly sure since I didn't write the script for this game.)
It's a nice skill to have if you have critical based weaponry as critical hits deal 2x damage
* Bleed-10 energy: A skill that does 2x damage while sacrificing accuracy it's a nice skill to have if you're confidante enough to use it. (With a critical strike it'll deal 4x damage.)
* Precise Attack-10 energy: A broken skill that comes to a close second to that of flash bang. This skill "ALWAYS" hits your enemy no matter what. Personally I think it should just be a higher chance of accuracy while sacrificing a bit of power. (Which would make this skill the opposite of bleed just not just x.5 damage as this skill would go from broken to useless.)
* Buff boosts-15 energy: These buffs are okay, but as I said before are infinitely better if you have multiple turns. Personally I think critical boost is the best out the 5 buffs since it increases your critical rate which means a lot of 2x damage. (I would recommend critical based weaponry though, so you won't waste to much time give buffs to yourself.)

Overall skills:
Flash Bang- Best,Mandatory,Broken skill
Critical Strike- A great skill when used with critical based weaponry
Bleed- A nice gamble skill
Precise Attack- Broken,Close 2nd best skill
Buff boosts- okay (just infinitely better if you get multiple turns)

These are just a lot of "small" things 4/5

Game was nice but could been better.
you could add weapon upgrades and shop.

I found that agility was the best stats because they could barely hit you and you could attack multiple times.
second was power to do the most damage
Third was Defense I believe half defense bar enough
Then accuracy stats it was to level it till you have 50 energy
Best 2 skills was the speed buff skill and the one that never miss hitting all the time is a huge advantage. Even enemies that were not speed built could dodge your attack! so always hitting was the best in all fights.
