Idunno, I'm kinda conflicted about this. It's a good concept, and I think you had the right idea, but your animation style doesn't flow with it very much.

Someone Forgot That Electric Types Don't Do Well Against Ground Types.
Anyway, animation could have been a lot better, but the art was passable. The meme killing punchline is what truly carries it together.
Over all, another generic pokemon parody, but with some heart, my verdict is three stars.
