Someone Forgot That Electric Types Don't Do Well Against Ground Types.
Anyway, animation could have been a lot better, but the art was passable. The meme killing punchline is what truly carries it together.
Over all, another generic pokemon parody, but with some heart, my verdict is three stars.

Your coloring is good, but you should try to do more frame by frame animation, I felt you used much tweening.

This is decent, but not as good as the other Pi flashes. Still, it is a slightly humorous continuation of the Pokemon Parody series Pi.
