This is quite a good game with it types of weapons and unlockables,however with only two directions to fire in,the game becomes challenging,if not frustrating,as enemies attack from all corners or charge from somewhere outside the screen(the orange enemies) and with only one hit,the character becomes instant roadkill,making weapons less useful in fully defending the character.Maybe this was made in a hurry for the competition,so it lacks in some areas but it is still quite decent for players looking for a challenge or just having a lot of patience to get all the medals,making some people happy at least.

(Note:If this game is going to be updated(after the competition),the firing could be better more health could be included with powerups to shield or slow down enemies and maybe a shop system.Anyway,this game has a variety of unlockables and medals and a challenging gameplay and it ha simple designs and music(a mute option could be added too) to give it an arcade game-like feel,so good work on this and good luck for the competition!

I thought this game wasn't that bad. The main reason I didn't like it that much is because it was too difficult. I guess I'm just so used to earning medals. It just struck me as so weird as the enemies were so relentless in this. You would think with so many medals, at least one would be easy. Eh, I'm being too whiny.

I appreciate how it is a pretty original game. I never knew colorful blobs could be so dangerous! You certainly had a nice amount of space to move. I thought the sounds were pretty nice too. I didn't even notice the crates were reappearing at first.

Nice shooter

So the game as a shooter is pretty good While I liked this game there are some good points about it anyways hope it helps as this was actually a pretty good Game, some things like some better or smoother controls on the weapons, and grabbing the crates is hard at times, but again as a shooter this was notbad at all, and I had some fun with this action shooter game anyways nice job

Cool idea! The only gripe I have with the game is the two different buttons for shooting (Z / X). Imho it would be more intuitive if there was only one button and the player shoots in whatever directs he is facing. I constantly found myself turning left with arrow keys and pressing X and shooting Right.
