Reviews for "Deep Sea Hunter"

Good game, but could use some improvements, for one a check point system could be a benefit to the game, as you do waste a lot of fuel at the start trying to get to the last point you were in the game to fight the Boss characters in the game.

I like you to can bypass the Boss's in the game and try to move on to the next part of the game, that was a good addition.

I know when fight the Boss's it had a bullet hell sort of feel to the mechanic, but the problem was that you burn a lot of fuel trying to avoid the fireballs. maybe next time you should place a reward into the game that allows the player to fill the fuel tanks once you defeat a boss or you repair the hull damage you might have taken in the fight.

Its fun enough, but it lacks a certain something...I'm just not motivated to help this little sub. It needs more character. But the game mechanics are solid

Seriously? Classified as "Action", looks like Newground's getting more of these types of games; where you play the same level over and over again and upgrade to complete it. The thing is with this game, the map's not detailed and it's just going empty vastness everything...there's not even a minimap. So it's quite boring...you can't even attack manually. The plot of the game is also quite weird, but the art and music was good and it looks like a professional piece of work.

As a previous reviewer has mentioned, I also do believe this game would be better if it had some sort of closure. Getting all the trophies and upgrades are fine, but it still provides no sense of end to the game. All the time spent upgrading the submarine and getting all the achievements, just to find the ocean never ending and nothing to give you a sense of complete accomplishment. It kind of makes you disappointed. Unless I haven't gotten deep enough, which I doubt cause after going straight down vertically from the starting point (you can glitch out into the black area) I didn't find anything.
